CEO
Nick Engerer is the founder of A Longer Life, co-founder at Sage Women’s Health, host of the Reversed Longevity TV series, a triathlete and has a PhD in solar radiation science.
Nick's passion inspires people to believe a truth lost in a sea of fear and limiting beliefs: that you can determine your health future and change your current aging destiny. His mission is to create a global shift in perspectives of what’s possible for human longevity.
What we have now that was not available to previous generations is the information and, importantly, technology that can assist us in the quest to extend our lives beyond our expectations. Yet, with so much information and confusing scientific language, this journey is overwhelming and out of reach to the average person. Nick intimately understands this challenge, having experienced it first-hand after three close friends were given cancer diagnoses at a young age.
A natural-born communicator, Nick has since become a leading voice on the ‘longevity mindset’, which initially began through sharing his own self-experiments on his popular Longevity Blog. Nick’s gift of helping break down complex topics, making them accessible and understandable for the average person, has attracted tens of thousands of readers and fans worldwide.
As Nick describes it, helping people get into the “longevity mindset” is his passion. “I want to help people shift their perspectives about aging so they can see the amazing future ahead of them. Once they realise what’s possible, they don’t have to feel like they’re destined for the diseases their parents and grandparents experienced”, Nick shares. “Too many of us carry that fear, powerless to change what feels like an inevitable course. This simply is no longer true!”
In 2024, Nick launched A Longer Life, dedicated to making the longevity mindset mainstream by exploring the oncoming wave of technologies to help us live longer, healthier lives.
